Expressive Arts Therapy is...

In our logo, how many art modalities can you find?
A psychotherapy that integrates more than an art modality. Participants promote growth and heal their body, mind and spirit through art creation. In this safe and confidential treatment space, therapists accompany participants in their creation to increase non-verbal expression and communication to achieve the treatment goals.
Participants are not required to have any artistic skills and are not restricted by age, identity, education level, culture, etc.
Three Principles in Therapy

Confidentiality
Keep what happens in the therapy room confidential
Therapist will also abide by confidentiality agreements except in certain circumstances

Respect
Listen to yourself, the therapist and other members (group), respect and treat feedback and arts with an open attitude

Safety
Take care of yourself, others, the surroundings and tools
We place great emphasis on the creative process of the participants rather than simply the beauty of the finished work.
Everyone pursues beauty and has a different definition of beauty.
Therapists are not art teachers. We will not teach you how to play music more beautifully or how to dance more professionally.
However, therapists will accompany and guide you to open yourself up through arts, get closer to the beauty in your mind, and try to achieve the treatment goals step by step.
